Safheh Sangi means 78 rpm record in Persian and is chosen as the name of journal. Persian discography and surveys in history of Persian music during last 150 years are main subjects that categorized in labelography, discography, interesting records, documents and surveys. Publishing of journal started on be half of the first recording session in Tehran in 1906. It is a quarterly in 30 B&W pages and in color covers including more than 50 label scans and distribution is just for members of Persian music research session inside Iran and for other researchers from all over the world who order through this site.
